Reservations

The "Oktoberfest" happens from September 18th to October 3th, 2010.

Due to the enormous onslaught, you and we are unfortunately not spared a certain bureaucracy in the reserving seats. We promise you that we will accept your reservation wishes with the greatest attention and request you to keep to the following procedure:

Please make your reservations early and by fax or E-Mail and then have a little patience. The queries will be processed from 1st April and we shall then contact you.

1. Please state the following information with your reservation:
   Customer number (if available)
   Date (plus alternative)
   Time (reservation time)
   Number of persons
   Preference: gallery or ground floor
   Invoice address, e-mail address
   Reservation name (if it deviates from the invoice address)
    
2. Wishes for particular places can be taken into consideration as far as possible but cannot be guaranteed, however, on account of the immense demand.
    
3. The tent has tables for 8 or 10 persons. You can reserve from a number of persons of 8. For organisational reasons, a uniform menu for guests is to be selected for a group size from over 20 persons. You will receive the menu suggestions with a large selection of Beer Festival delicacies automatically after your reservation has been accepted.
    
4. For your reservation you have to purchase consumption credits, 35 Euro per person for the first reservation time and 80 Euro per person for the second reservation time.

As soon as we can confirm your reservation, you will receive an invoice for the consumption voucher (plus shipping fee of 12,50 €) together with your confirmation. After payment of the invoice, you will be sent the vouchers and the corresponding entry (arm)bands by registered letter with advice of receipt.
Important: please check the number of vouchers and bands (valid until 10 p.m.) immediately as later complaints are ruled out.

Inasmuch as we could not take your reservation into consideration this year, we ask for your understanding. As you know, each year the requests for a table exceed by far the space available. We recommend that “you stick to your guns” and, shortly before the Beer Festival begins, ask once again. It can happen that a reservation is returned and you can unexpectedly still receive the desired table.
