With all respect – the kitchen crew in the wine tent earns special attention. Under the long-year direction of Freddy Gutierrez, it has acquired an excellent reputation. There are the classical Beer Festival specialities such as chicken, knuckle and the best duck far and away. Apart from that, Palatinate is given Roland Kuffler’s special attention as his homeland with homemade dishes from our own butchers. And finally, all establishments and restaurants of the Kuffler group in Munich are present in a culinary sense. With fish specialities and oysters from the “Seehaus“, marvellous breast of veal from the “Spatenhaus an der Oper“, snacks from the “Wirtshaus im Grün Tal“ and an exotic digression to Thailand, to the “Mangostin“.
