The kitchen crew in Kuffler's wine tent deserves special attention. Under the long-standing leadership of Freddy Gutierrez, they have earned an excellent reputation.
There are the classic Wiesn delicacies like rotisserie chicken, pork knuckles and the best duck for far and wide.
And finally, all the houses and restaurants of the Kuffler Group have a culinary presence in Munich: with fish specialities and oysters from the Seehaus, snacks from the Bayerisches Stüberl in the Seehaus, tender roast suckling pig from the Spatenhaus an der Oper, crispy knuckles from the Haxnbauer and with an exotic detour to Thailand, through the Mangostin.
The 2023 menu will be published in September.
