Our Wiesn band for the evenings since the beginning. Michi Högl has it in his blood when he's belting out the hits with Patrick Lindner and when it's time for the real party.

The seven woodwind and brass players are legends in the game. They are just as much fun playing Bavarian brass music in the afternoon as Robby Williams in the evening, and their performances as Tina Turner, as Kiss or ZZ Top are art in their own right.

The green frog is their sign of recognition, and so at noon the children hop right onto the stage to join the marsh toads. They also play songs to sing along to, and when they unpack their impressive alphorn, the wine tent becomes quite reverent. But then it's full steam ahead!

DIE JUNGEN WILDEN
Our lunchtime band, Monday through Friday.
"Die Jungen Wilden" hail from southeastern Steiermark in Austria and bring their diverse repertoire to the Weinzelt stage. The musicians are particularly skilled at performing Oberkrainer tunes and popular Schlager songs that get the crowd swaying, as well as Bohemian-Moravian polkas, waltzes, and beautiful marches.
A perfect program for the Mittagswiesn!
